To request a service through Manage Reservation, follow the steps below:
You have successfully added the service to your trip. The cruise will send you the confirmation email.
To log in to your Viking account, visit the ‘Viking Cruises manage reservations’ and enter your email address and password. After this, tap on sign in and access your account. In case, you are facing difficulty in signing into your account, click on ‘forget password’ and proceed with the on-screen instructions to change your password. You can now log in using your credentials.
One can also login to their account just by using their email address. To do this, you will have to choose ‘Use verification code to sign in’ after entering the email address. After this, tap on the ‘Continue’ and open your email address. The cruise has sent you a verification code. Copy the code and paste it into the suggested box, then click on ‘Verify Code.’ You have successfully signed in to your account.

For any query after or before booking, the passengers can reach out to their travel agent by dialing 1 (877) 668-4546. Once you dial, follow the IVR and press the key that leads to a real person. Wait until a person joins you on the line and continue to discuss your concern with the agent. The travel agent will assist you with booking, cancelation, modification of the existing ticket, payment, and more.
The passengers are advised to call during working hours to get a prompt response from the travel agent. Viking's customer service operates between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM on all seven days of the week.
The passengers can also request a call back from the cruise line. To do this, scroll to the bottom of the page, choose ‘Contact Us,’ and get a form. Enter your first and last name, preferred time, phone number, email address, and reason for contact, and type your question. Submit the form and wait for the response.
